Although my earlier career focussed mainly on sculpture, recently I have been captivated by acrylic painting. I have found a cohesive manner in which to utilize my passion for paper-maché by incorporating it into my recent acrylic work. I garner inspiration from my life and eclectic surroundings. Nestled in a lovely little neighbourhood flanked by the St. Laurence River, I am enveloped by the tapestry of Montréal. Endless colours, cultures, textures, nature and urbanism all mix to create copious visual inspiration. This rich environment provides an endless source of ideas for the inquisitive artist. My work can be described as bold and unapologetic.
