Heather Millar's Fabulous Painting Unveiled at City Hall in PEI

Congratulations to Heather Millar, who just attended the unveiling of her commemorative confederation painting "The Start of Something Great" at City Hall in PEI!

Says the artist: "After a press conference with the Deputy Mayor, City Hall representatives, our PEI Arts Council Head Darrin White and several more prominent people,  it's out there for all to see!    I'm so excited to have my work as a part of our PEI,  and ultimately, Canadian History."
