This just in, the long anticipated new works by Toronto artist
Erin Catharine!
Simple, cicular patterns on glossy, resin-coated panels give these contemporary works a light and airy feel as well as a sense of movement. The metallic, scattered spots reflect light and illuminate the art which almost appears to sparkle from within.
Erin graduated from The Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. Her work has been exhibited in galleries in Ontario, Montreal and Nova Scotia. She currently resides in Toronto, Ontario.

I absolutely LOVE Erin's work! There is something very fresh and soft about it yet graphically jarring (in a great way). I have mixed a piece in a grouping with a traditional oil and a contemporary digital print and the Catharine pulls it all together beautifully.
